Manual Safety is absolutely required for me. The lack stops the glock 19x from being a perfect weapon. I will go with the 365x over the 365x macro because of the manual safety issue. Specifically the Macro grip module with XL slide installed. From pictures it looks like the rail portion of the grip module is longer so probably not but wondering if anyone has checked. Pic rail throws it all off, the trigger guard on the macro is thicker as well. No it doesn't, the 1913 rail makes it incompatible.

I've been carrying this gun for ...The slimmer slide, higher grip position (lower bore axis), two extra rounds versus my P320 X Compact, and lighter weight makes all the difference for me when CCing the XMacro grip and P365XL slide combo. I carry IWB at 4-5 o'clock and there is a noticeable difference in how this setup feels and carries for me versus either of my P320s.

But that's not a macro exclusive issue. The shorter barrel, yes. It is shorter but the drop in velocity is the difference between shooting basic .40S&W and +P 9mm. Nominal at best. It looks just like the tactical development one, thats currently sold out, I think the macro has a pretty nice mag well to begin with.
