Customer support is only open during business hours, and their chat system has always stunk. Their crypto side is weak and unwieldy. Looking forward to seeing them go out of business. The look and user experience is first rate. The Matrix is a wonderful feature to show level 2 and price action. I also have found their customer service to be very good. My only complaint is the fact that pre mkt trading opens at 8:00 am EST instead of 7:00 am. 1. Getting money in and out of the account is painful, takes several days to trickle in and not tradable. 2. No portfolio margin; they are stuck with old-school margining. 3. Extremely high margin rates, a joke at this point.
