The stock 8'' speaker sounds fine, but it inevitably sounds quite small. I like the V5, but I don't play it at very low volume.Forums. Aug 16, 2017. #2. I had both on my board at one time. Both great pedals. I came to about the same conclusion. The Morning Glory cuts a little bass and has a great bite to it. The Lightspeed adds a tiny bit of bass and takes away a touch of mid/low mid growl.
