With 50 Alteration and 50 restoration, you can do Saarthal. After that complete the Lost Legend quest to get Gauldur Amulet. It will help you a lot to be more durable. For bandit, with more that 25 destruction, you should shoot at archer from far away. Some minimal conjuration to get the ghotstly wolf can help you a lot.
