You could try Rusmilitary, they make a very beautiful 3-piece wood set for the Saiga 12. It's very expensive though, over $200, but if you want to go all out, I'd say it's the "holy grail" of Saiga 12 wood. Also, you could modify standard surplus AK wood furniture. The buttstock and pistol grip will slap right onto your converted Saiga-12.
