The perfect place is infront of El Presidio gates. Stand far where you can spot the zombies and then start shooting, try to focus on wich types you have already shoot in the head and try to shoot another type, keep doing so until the challenge pops, the zombies respawn every second so you have infinite targets, but not bullets, so save at El Presidio's safe house in case you need to reload.So I have tried everything.
