PO said it was delivered. It was not. I had 7 other packages that day and it was a no show. Mercari got back to me and they gave the seller the money, but I got Mercari Credit as a replacement for the money I lost on the package. It depends on whether or not it's deemed carrier damage or insufficient packaging by the sender. If it's deemed carrier damage they will get paid too. The buyer can claim a refund from you, and you can try to get a refund from Mercari/UPS if it was insured. If the shipping label was through Mercari, the buyer will be asked to submit photos that show the damage as well as how it was packaged, and Mercari will determine whether the packaging was sufficient.
