Eleonoras Poleblade, to my experience, has the main issue of dealing rather little damage and lacking hyperarmour on the weapon art, especially considering the decently high stat investment it requires to use. The Twinblade moveset is decent enough, but it does not offset some of the drawbacks. Still, it is a fun weapon to play around with.

Elenora's does fire and physical with added bleed build up, but the bleed build up is half as much as the Godskin Peeler. That is why you see it less, you burn your enemies to death before they bleed out. you can add bleed affinity to the peeler and not worrying about the rest.

Eleonora's is a blender now. The Ash of War is decent, but I'm not impressed about anything else with the weapon, even with very high DEX/ARC investment. Yes the scaling is very low and passive bleed also sucks.
