Calus mini tool was re-issued in season 17 (Witch Queen) and was part of the Crown of Sorrow seasonal vendor/kiosk. Since lightfall has now launched, all the seasonal stuff from year 5 has been moved to the DCV. You can still obtain the mini-tool as it is part of Xur's and Banshee's pools of potential weapons to be sold.

You can also get it as a World drop, but since there are so many different weapons in its pool, the chances of it dropping are very low. MIDA mini tool is alright, it's a fixed roll though so unless you're using it regularly it's better to leave in Collections. I would shut keep loading instances of containment and only stay In ones that were at the end of tier 2 or already in tier 3. Just keep going.
