Shadow Strike for hundreds of RR -> 250+% of anything's current life PER BLADE of Phantasmal Blades is probably the highest dps imaginable. The RR was only part of the problem. The original crit system gave crazy damage numbers. Plus you could easily get close to 100% CDR on Shadow Strike.
