I basically always take psionic ascension. I like the rp, and the easy assimilation. World Shaper every game. I like the happiness boost, the extra resources, and the habitability for xeno refugees or migration. Universal transactions is my opener 95 percent of the time on megacorps.

Going off the wiki bc I dont remember the stats offhand, one large tier 5 shield + 1 tier 5 armor costs 220 power and give 1740armor + 1680 shields. 2 pulse armors cost 120 power and less power than that and give 2040 armor + 1800 shields.
