I have found that instead of going through the bull crap of doing the reset procedure over and over, if I raise the window a few inches at a time it will finally close all the way.but the careful use of a flat screwdriver will work. Once the panel snaps are loose, the door panel slips downward, out from under a channel at the window. Inside the door, your goal is to get the window to go down, so you can lubricate the channel.
