The only reason I found out about my order being out of stock is that I sent them an email 2 weeks after my original order date. I have ordered skincare from Stylevana 2 times, 2023 and 2024. Both times goods were not damaged. But delivery time takes very long depending on which state it is shipping to. I live in Arizona, US. It took 28 days to get here. And in holidays time it takes longer. I think Stylevana tries its best to give updates about your order.
