This affects several armour mods, with some implementing more-or-less successful workarounds and some requiring the player to re-equip the armour to reapply the bonuses. You will need to check for updates to all your mods. Don't come here wondering why your game is bugged, you need to update your mods. Either disable them untill they get updated, don't update ... Might be worth a try to rename or delete the 'BG3ScriptExtender' folder inside your Local AppData folder (eg. C:\Users\username\AppData\Local).
