if you properly set-up the super blt, all you have to do is drag the mods into a folder named "mods" that folder is located in your payday 2 folder. some mods require you to place them in the "mod_overrides" folder, which you can find under the assets folder, which is also in your payday 2 folder,

Try moving your mods to another folder first then delete "base" folder inside your mods folder, and then replace WSOCK32.dll with a new one.
