The MTR's are VERY scarce and commanding crazy $ these days. The good news is that CZ 457s are as customizable as a Ruger 10/22. Well, I owned a steel Bergara that would shoot nice tight 2-3" groups at 100 yds with quality ammo. Scoped the barrel and found many pits in it. Sent it back to Lawrenceville, GA where they recut the crown. Wow, then it shot 2" groups. I sold it. My 457 Varmint shoots 1/2" groups at 100 yds with SK Rifle Match. Barrel scoped great.

The Bergara has only one option. From experience with multiple examples the T1X and CZ are practically the same with regards to accuracy. Interestingly, the T1X samples have been a little better with high velocity ammunition compared to the CZ. I prefer the bolt on the T1X and CZ to the Bergara.

30 MOA isn't always a pro depending how far you wanna shoot out. I upgraded from a Ruger American Rimfire to the BMR (No local CZ 457's in stock). The trigger is definitely better and it looks nice. Love it, but my B14R has become a black hole for money. Both the CZ and Bergara are great rifles and depending on what your use case is, they can both be configured to whatever form you want. The B14r is chunkier and handles like a full size center fire so the 457 CAN be lighter if you want.

Base Class is full of CZ's and Tikka's for a reason. The CZ and the Tikka will be excellent choices, but only if you are staying in Base Cass. If you bring those rifles to an Open Class match, your changes of winning are greatly diminished.
