In my mind the fix to revolution would be something like Revo: only use abilities with no adren cost Revo+: use abilities with adren cost up to 50% Revo++: use abilities that cost over 50%. Whenever you want to use an ability that requires a shield it is best to switch to the shield to use and then go back to dual wield as shield camping is a severe reduction to your damage :) 1.
