John Deere uses a dual SCV to control the bucket (see this link ), so if the cylinders aren't leaking, the problem has to be somewhere back up the hydraulic chain. There's not much else between the cylinders and the SCV other than hoses/tubing, so if I'm not spraying fluid, the SCV is suspect.

It is a tall can of 134 with a stop leak and lube (can't remember the brand), and it has its own built in disposable hose/adapter deal. Is there a way to slowly engage the pto to let the blades slowly spin up?
