I took off the valve covers, checked the wiring and put a new tune up kit into the brake. When the engine is started and I press down on the solenoid button, only the middle solenoid works.

The switch on the dash selects between high (all 6 cylinders) or low (only 3 cylinders). The foot switch actually activates the Jake engine brake on and off, as long as no throttle input is registered. On my 02 Exec the switch to left of driver is for 2 stage Jake, lo-hi not on/off. Thanks guys!
