I was wondering if anyone here knows how well UWORLD compares to the actual MCAT/ AAMC full-length exams. I can understand your sentiment. I found UWorld frustrating in the beginning. For me, I found UWorld to be an excellent resource for consistent practice months out from the test date. Yes it is harder, but it’ll help you improve immensely. Once you get closer to your test date, say 1.5 months in advance, I’d switch to exclusively AAMC material.

Definitely on the more difficult end of the spectrum. It focuses a lot more on content knowledge than AAMC does. But I didn't care one bit because their explanations and pictures gave me so much joy. There were a handful of questions on the SB that I knew how to do because UWorld had a problem exactly like it.
