EDIT: I have figured out how to make folders. First, Go to the songs folder, then create a new folder, put the songs you want separated into the new folder. then, in-game, in the top tabs, where you choose artist and things like that, there is an option called folder, that will have a folder called -root folder- and all the folders you made.

In any case, by default osu!lazer's files are stored in C:\Users\<Username>\AppData\Roaming\osu, so if you want to free up storage space, you should just be able to delete that folder. There's also an osulazer folder in AppData\Local that you can delete too, though it should be quite a lot smaller since it doesn't contain as much.You can't move things into the folder and have them import the same way they would in stable. There is an import files button at the bottom of the options menu that you should be able to use to import maps and skins. You can also open with or share files with Lazer to import them.
