As for the OP; dual wielding is always more DPS than 2h because of wps. Wop isn't a good DPS skill at all, it's a good leveling skill and it's used late game for RR. Edit: octavious isn't high DPS, it's medium high DPS with silly amount of defence. It's also easy to gear. Editedit: purifier is the highest preforming ranged weapon build in the game.
inquisitor seems to be a very good support mastery for pretty much any build that mainly uses skills from the primary mastery. if you want to use the inquisitor stuff primarily, it's probably best for as a ranged weapon dps build or some sort of elemental caster built around flamethrower thingy and the runes. #11. Everything's good except Commando (most things it can do can be done better by some other class) and Battlemage (which has like one or two really strong phys conversion builds and is otherwise pretty bad due to no stacking RR).
