Dec 9, 2015 · Need some help. My battery died two days ago, and I replaced the battery, ever since my A/C won't engage or turn on. A/C was working before dead battery I have a 00 GMC Yukon XL SLT with automatic climate control with rear climate control. I have removed all the HVAC &AC fuses and relay's... The electrical plug going into the fan motor is the problem. Wiggle it and it starts working. Easy fix, under the glove box is a plastic cover, held in place by (2) plastic plug pins. Pull on both the heads and it will release. The fan motor will be exposed, wiggle the plug and see if that’s it.May 18, 2020 · It turned out that the HOSE ASM ( AC compressor to condenser suction hose) has leaked. The mechanic luckily found out the leak easily and we replaced the HOSE ASM.
