Overview. Shamans are one of the three priest classes, and generally the weakest healer of the three. Out of the three main slowing classes in EQ ( enchanter, shaman, beastlord) shamans have the most powerful slows. Shaman have damage-over-time spells, a.k.a. DoT, more powerful than that of a druid, but less powerful than that of a necromancer. Each rank of this ability increases you maximum hit points by 100 up to rank 20, and 200 hit points from rank 21 and higher. A very useful AA to get for anyone that tanks a lot or anyone that takes a lot of damage while soloing. Hastened Origin 0/9. Decreases the reuse time on your Origin ability by 6 minutes per rank. Firm disagree on cleric, I think most of the population believes clerics need some love in the non-healing dept. That being said if you go to the EQ freelance forums you will find, a Druid Guide (Raid setups & basic overview). It's 2 years old but it covers the basics and has a lot of good information.The first rogue shaman spawns in the first ruins you come to after zoning in from Field of Bone, along with 2 other iksar. For a while he had some snare-potion in his bags he created by alchemy, in order to be able to stop runners.
