Bowfa is a long enough grind without making it 10x longer with deaths and slow clears. Maybe greenlog Perilous Moons, do slayer until trident, then TOA for Fang. Ruby bolts can somewhat make up for the mediocrity of RCB in TOA, while Sunlight Crossbow or Atlatl are good in places like zulrah and shamans where ruby bolts don't carry so much weight.

However they can’t easily full cure poison so I find it best to bring a few normal anti poisons as well. That way to completely cure yourself you first drink a guthix rest, then a normal anti poison.

Your best options will be 300+ toa or duke imo. The good news for you is that bowfa+crystal isn't needed for 300s and you should be able to get to these in your current gear setup. There is a combat achievement to do a 300 or higher raid with tier 75 or lower gear too .
