Being the Gjally guy in raids is very easy with this build. Rocket -> hand cannon -> rocket -> super -> reload-> rockets till hand cannon is up again. This means I prefer the legendary HCs. Right now pants + malfeasance. Done lol. I do Kinetic surge x2. In general you want 100 resilience on any subclass. For lucky pants i like to run high mobility, reaper, kinetic surge, recuperation (if you arent on void) and reload dodge. Although on arc i would still run gamblers dodge. thx my dude i really appreciated.

Haven't seen anything about this posted yet so i'll share anyway. It's possible to use the lucky pants exotic for hunters to fully load hawkmoon while keeping a seven stack buff to effectively save a full powered shot and/or have more chances to reach a 7 stack without fear of missing a shot.
