(most list for $600) Since I had 2 side by side to compare, in my case the Panzer proved to be a much better mechanically exact clone of the Benelli and was 100% trouble free. In my opinion the Panzer Arms M4 is worth the asking price and feels and runs like a good quality scattergun.

All the clones thus far have shipped with Benelli M4 threading on the receiver for the recoil tube. The Charles Daly's recoil tube is the same unit the Sulun Tac-12 stock kit comes with.
