The only way to get vibration working in Cyberpunk nowadays is using DualSenseX, which you need to emulate Xbox controller, which makes no sense and proves the real problem is within the game itself. On the other hand, if i'm playing with my Xbox One controller (wireless), there's that god-damn sound glitch, another issue within the game.

My solution for the DS4 constantly vibrating controller: Go to Steam settings inside big picture > controller settings. > Detected controllers. > select your controller (PS4 controller) > Press on the Identify button. This should stop the vibration instantly. Good Luck!
It's all wireless controllers on PS5. A controller disconnects, and then when you try to reconnect, they just glow blue and won't register inputs. The only thing that fixes it is pressing the small reset button on the back, unpairing the controller manually, and pairing it again.
