Seconding this as I search google for y axis issues after updating firmware 4.4 -> 5.1.2 and slicer from 2.6.1 -> 2.7.1 last week. Printer was working beautifully, but I swear it's been trying to rattle itself to death since the update, even when not using input shaper and printing at ordinary speeds.
