How to use twilight menu.
Actually, in the Twilight Menu settings there are a few preset built-in themes. I don't remember the name of one of the themes but it has bubble effect animation like under water. So that made me thing. So are there any dynamic themes? :) thank you sooo much for your help!

There'll be an app for a cheat/hack database. Download that and you'll have the cheats. Enable the cheats by pressing y when you have a game selected. Make sure, in the options on the left side, that the source is set as "3DS SD Card". Then hit the little save button on the lower right, and it will generate a Forwarder .cia file, which you then install via FBI. Once installed, go to the 3DS home menu, and close the system for a minute, then reopen it, and the Forwarder should pop into place.
