For the record, Bound Quiver is a separate spell from Bound Bow and the tome appears for sale once you have 50 Conjuration. It summons a quiver of bound arrows SILENTLY, but unfortunately, they do not soul trap with the appropriate perk. My hope was to summon them to feed Auriel's bow, which is quite ravenous. Bound quiver isn't a spell.

Even with low enchantment skill, since you are hitting the creature all the time it will constantly be under the effect of the soul trap spell, and you will trap its soul.
