Three times I was on Arris' help line and no joy. They kept suggesting factory resets - 30 second rest button, 60 seconds on the reset button, doing the factory reset with the coax disconnected and nothing changed. After reinstalling my Xfinity modem I saw that the wifi setting screen with the Arris is exactly the same one Comcast presents.Disconnect all of the cables from the router and reconnect them.
