I appreciate the tips/comments. I tried those things but it didn't really change. I'm playing as the Commanders. After one defensive snap with all of my starters intact, the next play Chase Youg, Jonathan Allen, and Montez Sweat are all subbed out with my starting LOLB as LE, my backup ROLB as RE, and backup DT as DT.

If your fatigue is low, you need to switch to half pads for practice, and even change your practice reps for each position from starters to backups. This will regain your players stamina. Then when you get to the off-season, go into your settings and turn OFF progressive fatigue.

The fatigue settings are broken. You need to go into the Franchise settings before you start a game and adjust them. Yeah, haven't even played 22 yet but it just sounds like fatigue settings. OP, turn off fatigue one game and see if that changed it. If it does, begin to adjust so it's how you want it to be.
