TotK crashes 5 minutes after boot on Steam Deck. I'm experiencing random crashes in TotK on Steam Deck. They always occur 5-10 minutes after I start playing. I have CryoUtilities installed and use the recommended settings AND PowerTools. I've tried everything, clearing my shader cache, installing mods.

Either use the yuzu emu deck control scheme provided during emu deck installation or disable steam input entirely and let yuzu handle your controller directly. If that doesn't work then I would just take the emu deck yuzu controller profile and edit it to swap the buttons yourself.

Improve Yuzu performance. I installed Yuzu via Emudeck (using the latest AppImage) but the games I tried (Mario Strikers, Zelda Link's Awakening) run only with 10-20 FPS.
