Not always as severe acid reflux caused me stop Rybelsus ( pill version of Wegovy ) after 52 days ( 7mg when stopped ). There was little rhyme or reason and anything I até gave me heartburn, even waiting 6 hours then going to bed I would get reflux which woke me up. All antacids did were weaken the reflux burn.
