Try going to "C:\Users\YourUserName\Zomboid\Saves\Multiplayer\servertest" and delete the "map_ver.bin" file found there, it might have gotten corrupted for some reason and deleting it could fix this. In there should be a folder called servertest deleting this will folder will reset the world. Make sure to do this when the server is off (or the server program is not running) and restart the server.
