Alchemist has high intelligence but investigator gets way more skill feats. I'm the investigator in my party and I juggle through dishing out good damage and spamming recall knowledge on basically anything. Sometimes I heal too. They're different and you should focus on each playstyle and find what you prefer.

I decided I would do one of the hardest classes, the Alchemist since they fit the campaign we are embarking on and I need a little help with some of the mechanics.Poison Shrapnel Bomb. This bomb deals explosive damage on a direct hit, and also slashing damage in a splash radius. The bomb also has a small reservoir where a liquid can be stored. You may spend an additional action to pour a poison into the bomb before tossing it, the bomb will then apply the poison to the splash damage.My first PF2 character was a Ysoki Alchemist Bomber. They're a lot of fun, but there were issues, misunderstandings, etc. Bombers are a debuff/control class with some AOE damage, they are not AOE blasters.
