Navy Federal Took My Money! So last week.. I had some salon chairs listed on Facebook market. A guy wanted to purchase them. We meet up and we complete the transaction. He tried to Zelle me the money for the chairs but it was over the Zelle limit. He just so happened to be a Navy member too. So we decided to do the Member-to-Member option.
Sorry, that wasn't clear. Unfortunately, Navy Fed does not control Zelle. If the Zelle security system denies a transaction because it thinks the transaction is suspicious, there is nothing you, BOA, or Navy can do. I don't understand how it could mark the transaction as Fraudulent when no such thing occurred at BOA.
