However, the B/B topics were especially good for getting used to the sort of passages that show up on the section bank and FLs (I generally find B/B passages to be beyond painful, they're honestly the one thing that has ever made me feel any regret regarding my non-science degree stream).
And for CARS, i think it may be the best resource I have used. The question types are VERY similar, and the difficulty is definetly on par with or harder than AAMC. The only knock i have on Uworld is that they need to add more questions and passages, but that is probably due to them being new to the MCAT game.

Yes, UWorld is more difficult than the NCLEX. I say that because the last 5 times I've taken the NCLEX, I got so many SATA questions that I had less difficulty answering them this time around, all because I did UWorld. I tried Kaplan, Hurst, NCSBN, and Saunders/Silvestri, but they didn't work for me.

Be warned that once you get to the last 200 questions or so, the difficulty level is very high and the topics, slightly obscure – still good practice though!
