Its AoW is incredible slow to the points where it loses its usefulness. At that point it's basically a weapon with a colossal move set and nothing more. Being able to choose the Aow on the Greatsword already puts it ahead of Ghiza's but it also has a better moveset as well. Greatsword is a far more practical weapon.

Jump talisman is also good too for every build imo. In a RoB/uchi build, the uchi should have sepukku and bleed scaling. Or possibly put assassins gambit on the uchi with occult scaling for higher AR but keeping high bleed buildup. Probably too late for this, but you are right about the Cold infusion.

I recommend giving the frost Great Stars a go with Bloodhound Step, slows stamina and gives a 20% reduce on defense for your opponent. You probably noticed, but one handed charge on strong attack for Ghiza's Wheel is better than than the 2 handed and does more poise and bleed damage. It works pretty well on a quality build, but you have to lean into charged attacks instead of spinning wheel. Charged attacks leave the weapon spinning for a bit, and this procs bleed at normally and winged sword talismans while spinning wheel doesn’t.
