Biography. Ryan Vogel is an associate professor and the founding Director of the Center for National Security Studies and the National Security Studies academic program at Utah Valley University. He is also the founding co-executive director of the Intermountain Intelligence, Industry, and Security Consortium (I3SC).Dr. Bailey completed a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at Brigham Young University in 2010 and has previously worked in private practice, veterans affairs, juvenile justice, and university counseling center settings, including as tenured university clinical faculty.
