had this same problem, had to to through files, open windows and search %appdata% in your files, and then you should see 2 folders with r2modman in the name, I had to delete both folders then reopen it. It deleted all your mods and everything so you gotta make a new profile and re-download but I couldn't find another way to do it. Best of luck!
This isn't a r2modman issue, but rather comes from BepInEx (the modloader that Core Keeper uses). Since BepInEx changes file information, antiviruses often flag them as malware, even though there really isn't an issue. So it's basically a false positive. Using mod launchers is very convenient already imo, like r2modman which lets you have multiple different modded profiles so you can launch different mod sets, also including a config editor to mess with the settings of mods. Official Steam Workshop support would be nice but, until that happens, you'll have to use Thunderstore. ...
