The insurance approved it for $660. Out of that $660, the insurance is picking up the tab for $488. Leaving me responsible for $172. All good. However, my dentist is telling me that not only do I have to pay the $172, but I’m also responsible for the $1,040 that the insurance isn’t covering for the price he charges.
