The line started to sag after storms and they 'fixed' it by looping it around a pole a couple times. We told them this would happen the first 18 wheeler that went down the road and sure enough.... I'm pissed they didn't fix it properly the first time. At the very least I think my bill should have these days removed.

We've had a downed wire touching our building for about two months at this point. Our actual service provider evaluated the line and identified it as Comcast's, so they unfortunately can't touch it.
