durability needs to be tested. this thing seems overly complex for what it is. the SCY bullpup chassis is one piece and $200 cheaper. bascially the only advantage the A3 offers over the SCY is it has a built in buttpad. that's not worth $200. if the thing was completely polymer with a thumbhole grip, it would be way stronger.

The BRN-180 Gen 2 Upper brings all the history of the AR-180 and modernizes it. Utterly reliable and fun to shoot, however, you might have some troubles upgrading it besides optics and muzzle device. Accuracy also varies between excellent to standard AR-15. As a history dork, I love this upper.
