Feb 2, 2024 · So please make sure you have at the very least 1h45 in between the two flights IF you are able to get your Winair boarding pass before landing in SXM, otherwise plan on having more than 2h as you will need to exit and re-enter the SXM airport, go to the Winair counter, go again through Security, etc.

Connecting questions -- SXM to SBH. First time flying into SXM and on to SBH on Winair. But, in order to get to SBH on a late (5 pm) flight, I had to do two separate bookings -- roundtrip to SXM and another roundtrip on Winair, so luggage will be checked to SXM. So it's likely no one meant you any trauma, but I agree once other people and other stops are added to your trip the risk of something going wrong multiplies.
