Super H vs. M. i have a choice of buying a 1954 farmall Super H with live hydrolics or a farmall M. I am hoping to bail hay with the tractor I get. the super H costs $2850 and the M costs $2500 both tractors are located in NJ the SH is located nearer to me the M is 100 miles away and it will cost me to get it to my farm.Engine and transmission are another story. A strong running Super C will out-pull an H, Super H or even a Super M with broken rings, burned valves, spun bearings, chipped transmission gears, etc. So consider that unless you're looking for a project.
