Based on recommendations from Icy-Veins and from guildies, I set up ElvUI for my Healer (where you go through the little 9 steps when you hit the Install bar) and then when I changed specs I hit Install again for Caster DPS. I was pretty sure I had the EC > Profiles > Enable Dual Profile selected.

You can set up normal party frames that look like grid by going to interface > raid profiles > check the box that says raid style party frames and move that around to where you’d like it. If you haven't got your answer yet. Look under /ec>filters. Not in game right now but I believe that's where status indicators are located from drop menu. Alot are preloaded or you can manual add the hot you are looking for and designate where it's placed on frame. May also have to go back to group unit config and enable.
