This company is fraud. This company is fraud. They sold me a ticket at £378. Couple of hours later exact same ticket is being sold at £225. No customer service to speak to, extremely unhelpful chat customer service. You can not speak to customer services. Reviews here say alot but they are still functioning.
Feb 16, 2016 · Several prices for the same flight were presented. The budgetair.com price was over $200 less PER PERSON than the airline (WestJet) price. The savings were about $1,000 (17% off)! I took the chance and booked with budget air. THEN I started to read their reviews. 90% of the reviews are awful. 503 reviews for BudgetAir.com, 1.2 stars: “This company is a SCAM, most epic $#*!show. We had to book 3 tickets, booked thru them, got confirmation for all 3, later found that 2 tickets have been bumped cz the price wasn't available. The booking process was simple and my confirmation e-mails arrived almost instantly. I received my booking reference number which allowed to see my booking on the airlines official website giving me full peace of mind. I booked a flight with Budgetair through Skyscanner on 18 Jan 2021, this flight was booked by mistake because it was intended for March 2022, instead, I booked it mistakenly for March 2021.
