You go to sanctuary on the dummy and use a 1 mag gun to reload fast and build stack. As long as you dont reload (unbinding key might be good) or dont die, you will lose accuracy but deal insane damage. Enough to 1 shot most things in the game.

Maya with a +39% Gun Damage from Leg Siren Com, 10/5 in Accerate, 10/5Minds Eye, and 5/5 Reaper. Crit = 8062K.Shock and Aargh. I also specked into anarchy and close enough, you still stay pretty accurate arund 30-40 stacks, so you can gain a few stacks to get more damage, then reset the stacks. close enough is for when the anarchy makes me miss a shot or two. it isn't the most powerful sniping build compared to zero and maya, but it is fun for a bit

In my experience, the best shotguns for Anarchy Gaige are: Jakobs shotguns with 2 or more barrels (Coach Gun, Bushwack, Quad) -- they are great for building the stacks and are also powerful (the Coach Gun is also ...I use Gaige and only Gaige, and it takes a hell of a lot to bore me.
